Product characteristics：

1.Chemical Resistance: 10% hydrochloric acid, 10% sulfuric acid, 10% sodium hydroxide acid drops on the product surface for 24 hours without any change, but the ordinary polyvinyl acetate paint color coating plate drops the same concentration of acid and alkali on the product surface after 5h the surface paint is corroded to appear discoloration phenomenon.

2.Weather Resistance: 5 layers of protection, NFC weather resistant film, weather resistant adhesive layer, weather resistant polymer film, weather resistant adhesive layer, 150 g 55% aluminum-coated zinc substrate. Each layer is weather-resistant, in the sun, with 5 layers of protection to ensure product life.

3. Hardness: surface hardness ≥2H, and the same polyester paint color coating board hardness is HB.

8.Freeze-thaw resistance: placed in -20 ~ 20 ~ 70℃ temperature environment impact, 48h/50 cycles, surface no bubbling, shrinkage.

9.Heat/sound insulation: because the surface has 5 layers of weather-resistant plastic film, non-heat conduction material, therefore, the heat insulation performance is 3-5℃lower than the color coated plate, the sound insulation performance is 10 dB lower than the color coated plate.

10.Flame retardant: A2
