Product Introduction

Our company is equipped with thermoforming, engraving, laser cutting, cold bending, and other equipment, as well as co-extrusion equipment for special-shaped products. We can perform PC sheet precision processing and thermoforming according to customer requirements. We can process a maximum size of 2000mm x 3800mm. At the same time, with our co-extruded profile equipment, we can process single-sided UV-coated PCH strips, PCU-shaped closures, PC upper and lower buckles, PC crystal sheets, and other special-shaped products.

1. Thermoforming: PC sheets can be thermoformed into shapes such as skylights, lampshades, electricity meter box covers, and electrical appliance faceplates.

2. Engraving Products: Suitable for PC product cutting, processing irregular products such as squares and drilling. Applicable to the electrical appliance industry, windows, and other industries requiring high-precision sizes. Maximum processing size: 1220*2440mm.

3. Laser Cutting: Can cut irregular products such as circles, squares, and drilling. Maximum processing size: 1220 * 1220mm.

4. Cold Bending Products: PC sheets can be bent into right angles and T-shaped corrugated tiles, suitable for small-batch, multi-wave rapid production.
