  • Product introduction on the left
  • This product uses weather-resistant resin and modified PVC resin, processed in one step through multilayer co-extrusion technology. Compared with two-layer co-extrusion, its greatest advantage is a significant improvement in heat insulation performance.

      1. For corrugated tiles with thickness ≤1.3mm, the recommended purlin span for sloped roofs is ≤600mm, while for arched roofs, it is ≤800mm;

      2. For corrugated tiles with thickness 1.8mm≥thickness>1.3mm, the recommended purlin span for sloped roofs is ≤800mm, while for arched roofs, it is ≤900mm;

      3. For corrugated tiles with thickness 3.0mm≥thickness>1.8mm, the recommended purlin span for sloped roofs is ≤900mm, while for arched roofs, it is ≤1000mm;

      4. Medium wave, small wave, and small ladder wave must overlap 2 waves in the transverse direction, and the longitudinal overlap length must be >300mm

      5. If self-tapping screws are used for fixing, pre-drilling is required. The diameter of the pre-drilled hole must be 2-3mm larger than the diameter of the fixing screw. The diameter of the self-tapping screw must be greater than 6.0MM, and

      the thicker the tile, the higher the requirement for self-tapping screws (it is recommended to use special "self-expanding screws" for fixing).

      Note: The span of the purlins is related to the temperature of the workshop. If the temperature of the workshop is higher, the span of the purlins should be smaller, otherwise, it is easy to cause tile deformation.
