• Description
  • Product introduction on the left
  • APVC anti-corrosion tiles utilize a four-layer (ABCB) technology, processed in a single operation, with each layer providing distinct functionalities.
    Among them: Surface material
A-layer: Employs a highly weather-resistant anti-corrosion composite film, ensuring the product's color durability, weather resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance.
B-layer: White, tough, and wear-resistant material, increasing the spaciousness and brightness of the factory building.
C-layer: High-rigidity light-blocking and heat-insulating modified PVC material, ensuring strength while enhancing rigidity.
    Product Introduction:
Four different materials are organically combined, enabling APVC anti-corrosion tiles to address issues concerning color permanence, weather resistance,
corrosion resistance, rigidity, spaciousness, and aesthetics.

    Applications
    1. High-end roofing material for heavily corrosive steel structure factory buildings, warehouses, etc.
Especially effective in ceramic factories, chemical plants, dyeing plants, smelting plants, chemical
fertilizer plants, paper mills, steel plants, and other factories with heavy corrosion.
    The effect is particularly significant.
    2. APVC photovoltaic tiles combined with C-type plastic steel anti-corrosion purlins and photovoltaic
    panels are designed together.

    Product Characteristics:
① Corrosion Resistance: No chemical reaction or discoloration occurs after soaking in salt, alkali, and various acids below 60% for 24 hours.
② Weather Resistance: The surface material is made by a single-process integration of weather-resistant resin film and the base material, with a surface weather-resistant layer thickness ≥0.2mm, ensuring the product's weather resistance and corrosion resistance.
③ Sound Insulation: Noise reduction is more than 20dB higher than that of color steel plates.
④ Fire Prevention: Tested by the national fire prevention authority according to GB8624-2012 standards, the fire prevention performance ≥B1 grade.
⑤ Heat Insulation: The thermal conductivity of this product is 0.16w/m.k, which is 1/2000 of 0.5mm thick color steel tiles. It also provides complete light blocking and excellent heat insulation performance.
⑥ Impact Resistance and Low Temperature Resistance: This product has strong external impact resistance. Tests show that no cracks will occur when a 1kg steel ball falls freely from a height of 1 meter, and its low-temperature impact resistance is also very significant.
⑦ Insulation Performance: This product is an insulating product, especially in areas with frequent lightning strikes and near high-voltage lines, offering safer alternatives to metal tiles.

    Design Notes:
①This series of corrugated roofing tiles are thermoplastic products. The greater the temperature difference and the longer the product, the greater the thermal expansion and contraction. This affects roof safety and later maintenance, so it is generally recommended that the length of a single product does not exceed 10m.
②The generally recommended minimum roof slope is 20%. For roofs with a slope less than 20%, it is recommended to choose thicker and higher corrugated tiles to prevent water from seeping in during heavy rain.
③The long-term safe heat-resistant operating temperature of this series of corrugated roofing tiles is ≤55℃. As the temperature increases, the rigidity decreases. The selection of purlin span should consider the material, shape, thickness, and environmental pressure of the product, as well as the increased deformation under pressure caused by increased summer temperatures. Therefore, it is generally recommended that the purlin spacing does not exceed 900mm.
④Keep away from open flames and high-temperature sources.
