FRP Lighting Panel


FRP daylighting panels use high-performance weather-resistant resin and fiberglass, manufactured through a continuous production process. The surface is protected by a double layer of super-weather-resistant adhesive film. The surface layer uses a 99UV super-weather-resistant NFC adhesive film, and the secondary weather-resistant layer is a 280um isophthalic gel coat layer. This double-layer protection completely solves the problem of fiber exposure.

    Product Specification/Panel Type:
    (1) FRP daylighting panels are compatible with all color-coated steel sheets on the market. Special panel types can also be custom-molded according to the cross-sectional drawings you provide.
    (2) Steel-edged daylighting tiles and hollow steel-edged daylighting tiles can be produced as required.

    Standard product thickness: 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm
    Product length: Customized according to customer requirements/Recommended length less than 10m
    Product color: Transparent, lake blue, milky white
