Approved by Sanshui District Science and Technology Bureau and Foshan City Science and Technology Bureau, our company's engineering R&D center was established in 2008. It is a comprehensive R&D institution dedicated to new product development, formula optimization, quality system assurance, and raw material quality control.
Our engineering R&D center has a formula R&D laboratory, a chemical laboratory, an optical laboratory, a physics laboratory, a data room, and a training room. In addition to being equipped with PC experimental extruders, rheometers, and other formula R&D experimental equipment, it is also equipped with more than 20 sets of product testing equipment. This allows for analysis of product physical and mechanical properties, heat deflection temperature analysis, cold resistance analysis, light, heat, and humidity environment simulation aging analysis, color difference analysis, light transmittance testing of transparent products, light transmission effect analysis, product thermal insulation performance analysis, internal stress analysis, density testing, product UV layer testing, co-extruded surface material thickness testing, formula processing performance analysis, and raw material chemical analysis.

I. Incoming Inspection of Raw and Auxiliary Materials

II. Surface ASA Layer (APVC Surface Layer) Thickness Monitoring
(1) Ensure that the thickness of the surface ASA layer reaches 0.15mm or more, and the APVC surface layer thickness reaches 0.25mm or more.
(2) Hongbo Company has specially purchased dedicated testing equipment to continuously inspect the thickness and uniformity of the surface layer for each batch of products, ensuring that each batch meets the requirements.
