    This product uses weather-resistant resin and modified PVC resin, processed through multi-layer co-extrusion technology in one step. Compared with two-layer co-extrusion, the biggest advantage of this product is that it significantly improves heat insulation performance.

    Installation Instructions

    1. For wave tiles with thickness ≤1.3mm, the suggested rafter span for sloped roofs is ≤600mm, while for arched roofs, it is ≤800mm;

    2. For wave tiles with thickness 1.8mm≥thickness>1.3mm, the suggested rafter span for sloped roofs is ≤800mm, while for arched roofs, it is ≤900mm;

    3. For wave tiles with thickness 3.0mm≥thickness>1.8mm, the suggested rafter span for sloped roofs is ≤900mm, while for arched roofs, it is ≤1000mm;

    4. For medium wave, small wave, and small trapezoidal wave tiles, the transverse overlap must be 2 waves, and the longitudinal overlap length >300mm;

    5. If self-tapping screws are used for fixation, pre-drilling is required. The diameter of the drilled hole must be 2-3mm larger than the diameter of the fixing screw. The diameter of the self-tapping screw must be greater than 6.0MM, and
    the thicker the tile, the higher the requirement for the self-tapping screw (it is recommended to use a special "self-expanding screw" for fixation).

    Note: The span of the rafters is related to the temperature of the workshop. If the temperature of the workshop is higher, the span of the rafters should be smaller, otherwise, it is easy to cause tile deformation.

    Product Features

    Corrosion Resistance:No chemical reaction or discoloration after soaking in salt, alkali, and various acids below 60% for 24 hours. It is very suitable for use in areas with frequent acid rain, corrosive factories, and coastal areas, with particularly significant effects! (Note: Poor quality products will severely discolor after soaking in acid!)

    Weather Resistance:The surface material is co-extruded with a weather-resistant resin surface layer, and the surface weather-resistant layer thickness ≥0.2mm, ensuring the durability and corrosion resistance of the product.

    Sound Insulation Performance:Noise reduction is more than 30dB compared to color steel plates.

    Heat Insulation and Preservation:The thermal conductivity of this product is 0.325w/m.k, which is approximately 1/310 of clay tiles, 1/5 of cement tiles, and 1/2000 of 0.5mm thick color steel tiles. At the same time, it is completely light-shielding. Compared with two-layer co-extrusion, the biggest advantage of this product is that it significantly improves heat insulation performance.

    Impact Resistance and Low Temperature Performance:This product has strong external impact resistance. Experiments show that a 1 kg steel ball dropped freely from a height of 3 meters will not produce cracks, and the impact resistance at low temperatures is also very significant.

    Insulation Performance:This product is an insulating product and will remain intact even in the event of accidental discharge. It is safer to replace metal tiles, especially in areas with frequent lightning strikes and near high-voltage lines.
