Product Introduction
This product is mainly made of polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC) and other chemical raw materials, which are scientifically proportioned and processed by advanced technology. It is divided into general-purpose and environmentally friendly types. The environmentally friendly products have passed the detection of ROSH six items, PASH polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and SVHC 38 items.
Installation Instructions
1. For corrugated sheets with thickness ≤1.3mm, it is recommended that the purlin spacing for sloped roofs be ≤600mm, and the purlin spacing for arched roofs be ≤800mm;
2. For corrugated sheets with thickness 1.8mm≥thickness>1.3mm, it is recommended that the purlin spacing for sloped roofs be ≤800mm, and the purlin spacing for arched roofs be ≤900mm;
3. For corrugated sheets with thickness 3.0mm≥thickness>1.8mm, it is recommended that the purlin spacing for sloped roofs be ≤900mm, and the purlin spacing for arched roofs be ≤1000mm;
4. Medium wave, small wave, and small trapezoidal wave must overlap 2 waves in the transverse direction, and the longitudinal overlap length must be >300mm
5. If self-tapping screws are used for fixing, pre-drilling is required. The diameter of the drilled hole must be 2-3mm larger than the diameter of the fixing screw, and the diameter of the self-tapping screw must be greater than 6.0MM. The thicker the tile, the higher the requirement for self-tapping screws (it is recommended to use special "self-drilling screws" for fixing).
Note: The span of the purlins is related to the temperature of the workshop. If the temperature of the workshop is higher, the span of the purlins should be smaller, otherwise, it is easy to cause tile deformation.
