    This product is made of modified PVC, which is a whole body material with the characteristic of slight light transmission.

    Installation Notes

    1. For wave tiles with thickness ≤1.3mm, the recommended purlin span for sloped roofs is ≤600mm, while for arched roofs, it is ≤800mm;

    2. For wave tiles with thickness 1.8mm≥thickness>1.3mm, the recommended purlin span for sloped roofs is ≤800mm, while for arched roofs, it is ≤900mm;

    3. For wave tiles with thickness 3.0mm≥thickness>1.8mm, the recommended purlin span for sloped roofs is ≤900mm, while for arched roofs, it is ≤1000mm;

    4. Medium wave, small wave, and small ladder wave must overlap 2 waves in the transverse direction, and the longitudinal overlap length must be >300mm;

    5. If self-tapping screws are used for fixing, pre-drilling is required. The diameter of the pre-drilled hole must be 2-3mm larger than the diameter of the fixing screw, the diameter of the self-tapping screw must be greater than 6.0MM, and the thicker the tile, the higher the requirement for the self-tapping screw (it is recommended to use a special "self-expanding screw" for fixing).

    Note: The span of the purlin is related to the temperature of the workshop. If the temperature of the workshop is higher, the span of the purlin should be smaller, otherwise it is easy to cause tile deformation.

    Corrosion Resistance:No chemical reaction or discoloration occurs after immersion in salt, alkali, and various acids below 60% for 24 hours. It is very suitable for areas with frequent acid rain, corrosive factories, and coastal areas, and the effect is particularly significant! (Note: Poor quality products will severely fade after immersion in acid!)

    Weather Resistance:The surface material is co-extruded with a weather-resistant resin surface layer, and the surface weather-resistant layer thickness is ≥0.2mm, ensuring the durability and corrosion resistance of the product.

    Sound Insulation Performance:Tests have shown that: When subjected to external noise from rainstorms, strong winds, etc., Hongbo APVC anti-corrosion composite wave tiles have the effect of absorbing noise, which is more than 30dB lower than that of color steel plates.

    Heat Insulation and Preservation:The thermal conductivity of this product is 0.325w/m.k, which is about 1/310 of clay tiles, 1/5 of cement tiles, and 1/2000 of 0.5mm thick color steel tiles. At the same time, it is completely light-proof. Compared with two-layer co-extrusion, this product has the advantage of significantly improving heat insulation performance.

    Impact Resistance and Low Temperature Resistance:This product has strong external impact resistance. Experiments show that a 1kg steel ball falling freely from a height of 3 meters will not produce cracks, and the impact resistance at low temperatures is also very significant.

    Insulation Performance:This product is an insulation product, and it will remain intact even in the event of accidental discharge. It is particularly safer to replace metal tiles in areas with frequent lightning strikes and near high-voltage lines.
